We have joined Pledge 1%, committing at least 1% of our billing hours will be used working directly with the community - both our nonprofit/Ed Salesforce community as well as our home communities - and at least 1% of our gross profit to be donated to charitable organizations.

We've gone above and beyond!  Last year,

  • 12% of hours working with the Salesforce nonprofit community

  • 3% of hours working with our community at home

  • 1% of our gross profit was donated

Honesty and Integrity

We only work with nonprofits for a reason. We're not just in this to make a quick buck.  We won't try to oversell or upsell.  This also means that we'll have to say 'No' sometimes.  It's also our job to let you know if you are about to make a bad decision.

We're here to design and implement solutions that are right for your organization: your mission, your staff, your budget.

Lift as you climb

You hear this a lot in the nonprofit sector.  We didn't get where we are by ourselves.  Each of us had amazing women who shared her brilliance solely for our benefit.

Our world is better when we empower others along our journey.

When we first got started in the Salesforce world, it was all trial and error and learning as you broke things.  Now, there is a robust community of nonprofit staff, consulting partners, and developers that work with Salesforce.org to make the Salesforce platform better for the community, by the community.

We are committed to be active members of this community in addition to our own personal, local and global communities.  We are stronger when we stand together.

Compassion and Respect
This one just seems like a no brainer, right?  Compassion and respect for nature, for humanity and for all.
Compassionate respect is our default starting position.  Our designs aren't inclusive, they're universal.
