TJ Warfield   FOUNDER  [SHE/HER]
FOUNDER | HEAD GEEK | CHIEF DISRUPTOR

My passion is to empower nonprofit staff to better meet their organizations' missions by providing solid systems, allowing staff to focus their energies on what matters instead of spinning their wheels on data and technology.

I hold a M.S. in Computer Information Systems with over 10 years of experience with Salesforce, over 20 years of experience with Information Technologies, and over 25 years working with nonprofits.

With a previous background in Marine Biology, I have served as a docent for Friends of the Elephant Seal and a volunteer researcher for both Bimini Biological Field Station and NOAA/Scripps. As a certified SCUBA diver since high school, I remain obsessed about shark diving and am an avid hiker, who is proud to call the Bay Area home. I know about living your passion, just like my clients.

However, above all else, I am Mommy to the most adorable, compassionate, and loving eight-year-old kiddo.

Emily Wilson  [SHE/HER]
SALESFORCE STRATEGIC SPECIALIST

As of April, 2020, Emily officially became a staff Data Geek.  Prior to that, Emily was a committed full-time, nonprofit Salesforce administrator in addition to being a Data Geek.

Emily is a certified Salesforce administrator with almost ten years of experience with the Salesforce.com platform. Her career has spanned the nonprofit and private sectors, and equipping mission-driven organizations with tools they can use every day to make their work a little easier is what gets her out of bed in the morning.

Based in Brooklyn, New York, she is also an incorrigible bookworm and an okay rock climber.

Andy lives in Seattle with his wife and young son, loves playing board games, and is sadly a Detroit Lions fan.

Robert Weller  [HE/HIM]
SALESFORCE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

Robert's background is in the arts and art administration.  He made the transition from accidental to purposeful admin when he realized his love using data to help nonprofits share their missions and execute their ideas. He has over 5 years experience working with Salesforce in the nonprofit sector and understands how a thoughtfully prepared technology ecosystem can help tiny organizations make Big Change in the world.

He's a huge music buff and love finding new albums to dig into. The Bay Area has been his home for the last 3 years and he has been having a blast exploring all it has to offer with his wife and their son.
